Megan Thee Stallion’s medical report from shooting detail

Police brought the “Savage” rapper, now 27, to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on July 12, 2020 

The report notes that she was “alert,” “oriented” and “breathing comfortably” at the time of her admission.

"Hot Girl Summer" and Beyoncé, who remixed "Savage."  

"It was an argument because I was ready to go and everybody else wasn't ready to go. 

'Megan, just get back in the car. We're almost there.' And, like, just, 'Get back in.' So I get back in the car. It's... getting worse," she said. 

"So I get out of the car and it's like everything happens so fast.  

After the shooting, Megan Thee Stallion said Lanez apologized and offered her money not to say anything.  

Shortly after, the Los Angeles Police Department arrived at the scene after receiving calls of shots fired.  

She was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where doctors told her she had bullet fragments in both her feet — some of which she said still remain.  

Megan Thee Stallion said she sometimes places the blame on herself for what allegedly happened that night.
